The 2025 Porsche Taycan 4S can charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 18 minutes using a high-power DC fast charger, which is its fastest charging time. On a Level 2 AC charger, a full charge from 0% to 100% takes about 11.5 hours with the Performance Battery, or 13 hours with the Performance Battery Plus.
The 2025 Porsche Taycan 4S with 21'' wheels has an EPA-estimated range of 295 miles. However, real-world tests show the car can achieve higher ranges, with some reporting 330 miles at 75 mph highway speeds or even 337 miles under mixed driving conditions. The Taycan 4S comes standard with the Performance Battery Plus, a 97 kWh usable capacity, which is what contributes to its improved range for 2025.

- Cell modules: The PBP has 33 cell modules, each with 12 individual cells, for a total of 396 cells.

- Power output: The PBP has a power output of up to 360 kW (490 PS) and overboost power for Launch Control of up to 420 kW (571 PS).
- Top speed: The PBP has a top speed of 250 km/h.
- Range: The PBP yields a higher range than the standard battery option.
- Carbon dioxide emissions: The PBP has 0 g/km of carbon dioxide emissions.
