Please note that this TX was reacquired by Lexus, a Division of Toyota Motor Sales, USA, Inc. after the previous owner reported several concerns, including windshield display quality and clarity issues, a head-up display showing doubled imagery, the vehicle not locking properly with hatch/door alerts, a rear second-row seat lever jamming, a fuel tank protector concern, and the rearview camera image occasionally freezing. Lexus's records show the windshield and head-up display assembly were replaced and later re-inspected and confirmed resolved, a fuel tank protector was installed, and the parking assist ECU software was updated to address the camera freeze. The door/hatch locking concern and the rear seat lever concern were each inspected and found to meet manufacturer specifications, with no defect confirmed. Lexus documentation will be reviewed with the purchaser.
