The 2024 INFINITI QX60 received the highest rating of Good for how well the headlights illuminate the road.

The IIHS uses a different scale to grade collision avoidance features. The 2024 QX60 received the highest rating of Superior for its standard vehicle-to-pedestrian system crash prevention system.
