Tesla's records show the power strut was replaced to address the liftgate concern, the front half shafts were replaced as a pair to address the suspension noise, the right and left rear ultrasonic sensors were replaced to address the door concerns (with the left rear quarter glass also replaced), and the cabin temperature sensor was replaced to address the fan noise.
