They then fully resolved this matter under warranty by performing a software update to the ECM and BSM, replacing the 48V battery, low pressure fuel sensor, crankshaft speed sensor, HT coolant control valve, DCDC converter, dash to headlamp harness, accelerator pedal, crankcase pressure sensor, and thermostat, as well as insulating female pins 55, 56, and 57. Regardless, in the interest of customer satisfaction, Maserati North America, Inc. agreed to repurchase the vehicle. We have all the documentation from Maserati North America, Inc. on file.
