Please note that in March 2026, Lexus reacquired this RX due to customer concerns involving an intermittent no-start condition, a rearview camera display concern, battery-related concerns, and delivery of a second key.
Lexus corrected these concerns under warranty by updating the parking assist ECU software, replacing the 12-volt battery, providing the second key, and performing multiple inspections that confirmed the vehicle met manufacturer specifications following the repairs. However, Lexus ultimately agreed to repurchase the vehicle to promote customer satisfaction. Documentation is available for purchaser review.
