Vehicle Overview
AGGRESSIVE, TECH-FORWARD, SPORTY, CONFIDENT, REFINED, OFF-LEASE, NONSMOKER, SHARP!The 2023 Dodge Hornet GT Plus AWD is a compact performance-oriented crossover that blends turbocharged excitement with everyday practicality, delivering confident all-wheel-drive traction and a bold design language consistent with Dodge's modern performance identity. It emphasizes quick responsiveness, athletic handling, and a driver-focused feel uncommon in its segment.
In its class, it stands out by offering a more performance-leaning character than rivals like the Honda CR-V or Toyota RAV4, prioritizing acceleration feel and road engagement rather than purely comfort-focused tuning.
For this one, the critics sounded less like reviewers and more like people who already parked it in their driveway.

Its all-wheel-drive system enhances grip and stability during acceleration and in low-traction conditions, while performance-oriented tuning prioritizes driving engagement. Although this GT model is not hybrid, it integrates modern efficiency and traction management systems that help optimize fuel economy relative to performance output, especially with its compact SUV wheel configuration.
Externally, the Hornet presents an aggressive stance with darkened styling elements from the Blacktop package and 18-inch wheels that emphasize its performance-oriented character. Its compact proportions and sculpted surfaces give it a muscular yet modern appearance.
Inside, the cabin focuses on driver engagement with a tech-heavy layout, premium materials, and supportive seating designed for both spirited driving and daily comfort. The cockpit design is oriented toward the driver with intuitive control placement and modern digital displays.
Infotainment is centered around a modern touchscreen interface with connected services, navigation capability, and integrated driver assistance alerts. Some features may require subscription after initial periods. The system supports advanced camera integration, driver monitoring alerts, and seamless smartphone connectivity for a connected driving experience.
Safety systems include advanced driver assistance technologies such as adaptive-style cruise support, lane management systems, blind-spot monitoring integration, and multi-angle parking assistance.
