The Mustang Mach-E's charging time depends on the method used. Plugging in with a 120-volt household outlet will add about 3 miles of driving range per hour. This is referred to as a Level 1 charge, and it's not a practical method for most drivers.
Instead, it's better to use a 240-volt outlet or a Level 2 public charging station. These methods can add about 20 miles of range per hour. Ford also sells a high-amperage charger that can be installed at your home (Ford Connected Charge Station). It can add 28 miles of range per hour and fully charge the battery in about 11 hours.
The quickest way to charge the Mach-E is to use a public DC Fast Charging station. These Level 3 chargers can add 60 miles of range in as little as 10 minutes or recoup an 80% charge in just under an hour.
With its odometer now hovering around 45,452, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory powertrain warranty until April 2027 or 60,000 miles (whichever occurs first)!
