The original customer reported several interior and trim-related concerns, including a loose HVAC battery assembly, a cracked rear glass panel, and misaligned or unsecured trim components such as the driver and passenger seat trim, rear door panel, dashboard trim, B-pillar trims, and steering wheel peeling. In response, the manufacturer thoroughly addressed each issue: they replaced the HVAC battery assembly and rear glass, installed a new instrument panel carrier, and properly adjusted, secured, or replaced all affected trim pieces throughout the interior. All repairs were completed to factory standards, ensuring the vehicle meets Tesla's quality expectations. We have all the documentation from Tesla, Inc., and the WARRANTY IS STILL INTACT!
