It ''springs out of the gate with retro-themed styling and the latest in electric vehicle design. It's also comfortable, practical and generously equipped,'' as Edmunds writes.

When using a 240-volt (Level II) household-style power outlet, it takes almost six hours to fully charge the Standard Range model and around seven hours to fully charge the Long Range IONIQ 5, according to Hyundai. Using a DC fast-charging station (Level III), going from a 10% to an 80% charge takes between 18 minutes and 25 minutes for the Long Range powertrain (DC fast-charging estimates for the Standard Range are not available at the time of writing).

With its odometer now reading 19,533, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the factory BUMPER-TO-BUMPER warranty until February 2028 or 60,000 miles (whichever comes first)!
