Kia completed all necessary repairs and adjustments under warranty to ensure the vehicle met all required standards, including replacing CMU #6, which is an individual battery cell monitoring unit responsible for monitoring voltage and performance within the high-voltage battery system, along with replacing the complete high-voltage battery system assembly. However, they ultimately agreed to repurchase the vehicle in order to promote customer satisfaction. We have full documentation from the manufacturer available on site for review.
