Please note that in March 2026, Mercedes-Benz USA reacquired this EQS due to customer concerns regarding brake-related concerns. Mercedes-Benz completed all required inspections, repairs, and adjustments under warranty by completely replacing the front and rear brake pads and rotors and replacing the left front wheel bearing with its integrated hub assembly. However, the manufacturer agreed to repurchase the vehicle in order to promote customer satisfaction. Supporting manufacturer repurchase documentation accompanies this vehicle and must be reviewed and acknowledged by the purchaser at the time of sale.
