The EQS sedan can be charged at home using a 240-volt electrical adapter or at public charging stations, many of which have Level 2 and DC fast charging capabilities. Mercedes offers an adapter to let you charge the car from a standard household outlet, but this option is not recommended because of the charging time's length.
Mercedes says charging the EQS sedan with a 240-volt connection takes a little more than 11 hours to garner a full charge from 10% capacity (it is recommended to never let an EV battery drain completely). with DC fast charging, you can go from a 10% charge to 80% in about 30 minutes. Level 3 Charging can provide up to 186 miles of range in just 15 minutes.
Electric now has evolved.
With its odometer now hovering around the 16,912 mark, it is STILL COVERED under the balance of the New Vehicle Limited Warranty until June 2027 or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first)!
